3. System Assurance Process and Planning: Once the work is agreed upon, our Systems Engineers will walk you through your system configurations, application compatibility, power requirements, and Statement of Work to ensure a successful and smooth installation.
   
   
4. Set-up and Installation: Our systems engineers have an average of 25 years of industry experience and hold multiple IBM Technical Certifications. Their extensive experience and knowledge of your environment allows them to leverage functionality of your servers and software to optimize the install.
   
   
5. Knowledge Transfer, Training, and Support: After the install, we offer resources and technical support that go above and beyond. We also provide you with urgent, after hours assistance helps to minimize downtime and disruption to your organization.
