July, 2008 - Genisys Group Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Genisys Group, Inc., announced today that it has acquired the key assets of Computer Business Solutions, Inc. (CBSI) of Tulsa, Oklahoma. This acquisition adds numerous Managed Hosting Solutions to Genisys Group’s portfolio including Disaster Recovery, Application Management Services, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
